Jonathan A. Segura

Jonathan A. Segura, of Centerville, passed away on November 20, 2020 at the age of 47.

Jon was born on February 10, 1973 in Falmouth, Ma to Richard and Joy (LePage) Segura. Jon, being born and raised on Cape Cod graduated from Barnstable High School in 1991, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2002. He worked as a tax examiner for the state of Massachusetts.

Jon was the loving father of two children, Daniella (14) and Clayton (7). In addition to his children, Jon is survived by his loving parents Richard and Joy of Centerville, his brother Christopher, his wife Rebecca of Harwich, Ma, sister Melissa Floren, her husband Whitney of Marstons Mills, Ma and their children Benjamin and Caroline. Jon also leaves behind his Uncle Kenny Segura and Aunt Kathy Fritz of Provincetown, MA. Jon was predeceased by his brother Richard Segura in 1982.

Jon’s children were the light of his life; he enjoyed sharing his Portuguese Heritage with them and sharing memories of their Provincetown legacy. He had a tremendous love for his family. He cherished his parents and was of great help to them on a daily basis. He touched the hearts of so many around him with his uncanny ability to light up a room. His friends and family will always remember his kind heart.
