On Saturday May 9, 2020, Elizabeth E. Cooper passed away in her home surrounded by her loving family, after suffering a Stroke. Elizabeth “Liz” was born January 15, 1928 as Elisabeth Karolina Edeltraud Mayer in Landsberg , Bavaria, Germany. Her parents Karolina “Lina” Bihlmeier and Hermann Mayer had 5 daughters, Elisabeth was the eldest.

Elizabeth had an amazing and endless imagination since she was a small child, she was an artist at heart with mediums that span from painting, drawing, sewing, gardening, decorating, cooking, to putting an outfit together. All her endeavors were filled with passion and excitement . She was a natural beauty, that was a attribute that was coupled with inner beauty. She had a love for animals, nature, innate kindness to others and unwavering positive outlook on life and the world.

Elizabeth Immigrated to the United States February 1949 ,with her then husband Ernest E Jausz and Anita to Erie, Pa. She enjoyed her career in banking, working at the First National Bank of Erie for 29 years. She then moved to Mashpee, Massachusetts, Cape Cod, Massachusetts in 2010.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Margaret and Ingeborg. Her ex-husband Ernest E. Jausz. Also her beloved companion Fred Ferraro. Survivors include her daughters, Anita Makar, Jacqueline Bailey, her son Taylor Bailey, Deborah Doe and husband Charles Doe with daughters Olivia Doe and Emma Doe. Her son Jonathan Cooper with his wife Jennifer Booth Cooper their sons Trevor and Nicholas Cooper. Her ex- husband Homi Cooper. Elizabeth also has two surviving sisters living in Bavaria, Germany; Christina Weissflog and Waltraud (Trude) Eisgruber.
