I never thought that Ida like my mom would ever die. I thought they would be with us forever. I went to school with 3 of her older children and then worked with her in probation. She spoiled the staff with zucchini bread and kale soup. You will sorely be missed by all of us that knew you. Rest In Peace Ida Mae

Our Sympathy for the loss of Auntie Ida to all of her beloved family and friends. I have so many memories of her being there, an important part of my childhood, and the best Godmother a young woman could hope for. She was a loving and generous guide and support to me, I am forever grateful. There are memories so numerous, of her gentle counsel, her funny stories, her pigs, her hats, and her Faith. Auntie Ida clearly loved all her family with such depth and so much pride, she shared your stories in a way that always made me feel that I knew each one personally. You are all in my prayers for comfort and patience until you meet again.
