I only met Charlie a few years back after moving across the street from his wonderful daughter and her two sons. I instantly liked Charlie the minute I met him. He was always so helpful and friendly and never missed an opportunity to wave hello or good bye. This neighborhood will never be the same without his smile. Never :(

He will be missed I loved him like a dad he was a great man and if I needed anything he was there . I remember when I called him he would say HEY BUDDY HOWS THE WIFE lol I would say great .
