Aaron James Ricker

Aaron James Ricker, 25, of Middleboro, died unexpectedly at Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton.

Born in Plymouth, he was the son of Tina M. Rose of Avon and James E. Ricker of New Bedford.  Aaron previously lived in Middleboro before moving to Avon.  He was a graduate of Avon High School, Class of 2014.

Aaron served in the U.S. Army Reserve as a motor transport operator.  He enjoyed basketball, boxing and investing in the stock market.

He is survived by his mother, Tina of Avon; his father, James of New Bedford; his step-father, Nilton Pina of Avon; his siblings, Isaiah Pina of Avon and Jaylin Ricker of Taunton; his maternal grandparents, Paul and Shirley Rose of Middleboro; his paternal grandmother, Yolanda Ricker of Taunton; his aunt, Amy Rose of Boston, and many other aunts, uncles and cousins.  He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, the late James Ricker, Sr.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit on Sat., Feb. 13, 2021 at the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Hwy. (Rt. 28), Wareham from 9 to 11:30 AM.  Appropriate COVID-19 protocol will be observed including the use of face masks, social distancing and wait times in line due to temporary limited capacity.  Those attending will be asked to pay their respects and depart to allow the next guests to enter the funeral home.  Due to COVID-19 restrictions, funeral service will be private, but will be livestreamed at: https://www.ccgfuneralhome.com/obit/aaron-james-ricker beginning at 11:30 AM.
